Inconvénients
Cons: The number of cons are so high that I cannot even stop writing about it but here are a few facts. 1. The management of the company is very poor. 2. I knew one manager who was very ethical, very knowledgeable, very kind-hearted, and actually knew what he's doing. However the company was not kind to him nor some of the managers and the authorities treated him right, which is why he needed to resign. 3. There is a female manager who is very senior but has the worst temper and doesn't know anything. She is the queen of office politics and the worst manager you will ever encounter. She is the main reason why most of the team members from the Travel department are leaving. 4. The office politics in this office is the worst. There is another senior manager, basically, he is the only senior manager, who is manipulating the Director to do anything he wants and is one of the main reasons why the other supervisors and managers are not able to operate their team properly. 5. The company will treat you as trash and doesn't value its employees. 6. The director's mindset has changed drastically. When I joined, he was someone who was very optimistic and tried to value the employees but currently, he is very arrogant and if any employee wants to leave, he says he doesn't care who leaves or who stays and doesn't event want to find out the actual reason of employee retention. 6. The authority mainly promotes only those persons who are actually close to the senior manager or director or the female manager as they are the only ones who are really playing with the company policies. Deserving ones don't get the opportunity to get promoted or shine.
