      Avantages

      The communication is fine in good times and they reply.

      Inconvénients

      Have not received my payments for last 5 months. Some consultants I know have not been paid for more than 6 months. Can you imagine having to live without receiving salary. They even do not communicate anything to the downward layers. Hopefully folks can get togather and do a class action lawsuit. Its not professional to give your own consultants the run around.

      Avantages

      Hands off approach to managing. They do don't micro-manage their contractors and encourage independent relationships with the clients.

      Inconvénients

      This independence sometimes feels disconnected from your employer and their culture.
