Staff is a mix of instructors who are condescending , over-dominant coworkers, and inner office staff who will talk about you behind your back, making up wild stories and lies to upper management to try and throw you under the bus at any chance they get. You're never told everything from when you first start your job there; you will not be informed of any dress code but will be talked about it regardless. You can have all the previous experience ever but will still be ignored about it and be talked down to in a very condescending manner. You will come across employees who have extreme views on certain things and they will not hesitate to overbearing towards you to satisfy their own ego.
