Avantages

Very quality food, as well as the standards that the restaurants are run, which includes the servers they hire in the training that they receive whereas they have to know all dishes on the menu or they do not make it out of training just to be a server, let alone a bartender and the restaurant goes on a 45 minute wait every day at lunch and then two hours at night with quality clientele.

Inconvénients

They always needed a bigger rotation with your top servers having a chance of being the lead bartender instead of just a select few because a top server will generate high ticket dining experience and a large portion of the sale is from the bar.

Being talked down on Being disrespected in front of guest and other staff. Mangers put hands on staff for no reason once so ever in front of guest. The list can continue. Only respectful and understanding manager there. His name is Dylan not only does he care about the staff he does everything he can to make sure all guest have a great experience. Dylan is the only one who doesn’t show favoritism and is willing to give everyone employee an equal opportunity! If your not in the company’s “cool circle/but kissing cirlcle” your bond to be miserable due to pour management.
