Team is very supportive and you are never alone in a problem or task. Leadership/creative directors push for what's different/unique and are committed to progressive ideas. Company is committed to listening to staff and improving culture and work.

      High standard of work which can be tiring but you are surrounded by a supportive and helpful team.
