Avantages

There were some great coworkers who were very supportive and genuinely nice people. You Can call or email and take off days or half days when ever you want as long as you have the days, which I don't think they really look at.

Inconvénients

To start things seem nice, but go down hill really fast. The training they provide for entry level employees is garbage. They expect you to know everything there is in the world and produce results off the bat. When a mistake is made it is greeted with verbal threats of violence! The same occurs if you let management know of a better way to do things. It's is completely unnecessary and unacceptable in the work place. They do not create an environment where an employee can work and feel comfortable for many reasons. During my time there I must have seen at least 18 people hired and fired, keep in mind I was there for a year and a half. The revolving door is amazing. It is for this reason you get no sense of job security! You are constantly reminded by management how replaceable people are and one manager who had told me personally the joy he gets from terminating employees. Management in general is on a power trip.

Inconvénients

My experience in this department was challenging due to ongoing issues with professionalism and workplace conduct. Management frequently engaged in behavior that created unnecessary conflict and tension among staff. Multiple concerns were reported about her interactions with employees, but no corrective action was taken. Leadership consistently defended her despite repeated complaints and despite her speaking negatively about them to others. There was also an instance where leadership appeared to work together to remove an employee who had reported concerns to HR. This reinforced the impression that HR’s priority was protecting the company rather than addressing employee issues. Several former employees have shared similar experiences, describing the environment as toxic and expressing relief after leaving. The high turnover in this role reflects the ongoing problems within the department. Additionally, although management expressed positive feedback about me when I left, she later gave contradictory comments during a reference check. This inconsistency was disappointing but ultimately did not affect my career. The workplace culture is heavily influenced by internal relationships and family connections, which can make it difficult for employees to feel supported or treated fairly. I am grateful to have moved on from this environment.
