No pros at all this workplace is horrible.

I was sexually assulted by my team leader which took place on camera, when I went to management and the owner Mel since there was no HR, they pulled me into a small room and told me the assult was my fault because of how I looked. I was then harassed by higher up staff members until I quit.

Never feel secure, thrown in deep end, people crying all the time and getting let go and pulled into office, having to ask older people for money even if they say at the start of call that they are sick and cant afford to donate anymore your expected to still do two asks
