      Avantages

      since i joined almost everyday i learn something new. super smart people, sharp and focused. very challenging environment but lots of fun. the product we are working on are going to disrupt the loyalty space.

      Inconvénients

      nothing major to mention. minor stuff like any company

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
