      Avantages

      One is working with smart colleagues.The other one is to understand EC deeply and get sales and management skill when I am 20s.

      Inconvénients

      You can grow rapidly and experience management when you are in 20s if you have done great achievement than other consultant.

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
