They fire people a lot during probation - so think before joining. Chaotic leadership - especially in denmark They take people with no clear responsibilities. They expect you to work 24 hours . You will keep recieving task mails even at 3am. In technology, you will be expected to generate revenue instead of working on technology. You are expected to fill exact timesheets - even put 10-15minutes of meeting in timesheet. - they do indirect micromanagement this way. Company does not have any project in pipeline, so you maybe working on redudant project Every year ramboll do cost cuttings from august - march - they freeze hiring, terminate people on probation They implement travel freeze, however people on L9 onwards keep travelling - there is no ban, cost cuttings for irresponsible leaders. There is lot of discrimination for indian employees.

No consideration for employee's talent, feedbacks often just focused on negatives so they can fire you the minute you don't show "yes boss" attitude. They are not doing well revenue wise and newly hired ones are let go first, citing "performance was not good". When you first join, they tell you not to worry about billable hours for the first 3-6 months, especially when the overall consulting work load was low across the board. But then they fire you for the same reason. Some managers are very kind and supportive when they give you feedback, but if you are unlucky, your reporting manager will use that feedback against you and fire you and not say anything positive. Low compensation.
