Avantages
Some nice admin people. The 2 people they have that are trainers (not formal trainers) try hard to teach from remote locations. You can work from home.
Inconvénients
There isn't a single insurance market or program that isn't found at most MGAs and there are very few programs to speak of. When you do find your prospects or agencies to work with you find that there isn't anything you can do to help them. The company boasts about high commissions...but if you don't have the markets to sell, the commission might as well be 100%. You still end up with nothing. I have a written contract that includes the structure of advanced commissions. The company has not honored it.
