The actual people in the office are great, Tech leadership is especially good. The flexible hybrid working policy makes balancing work and family life easier.
Inconvénients
Exec leadership is disconnected from the teams on the ground. Salary increases are never in line with inflation. There is no clear path for promotions or growth.
