      Avantages

      The co-workers are very supportive, and the volunteers are super. Opportunities for learning and personal development.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of funds to do all we'd like to do. Community is always changing. Hard to figure out what they want sometimes, even when they contribute ideas for programs. This is the way of all rural public libraries, I suppose.
