      Avantages

      Reto constante. Estan a tope con la IA. 3 meses alli y todo el codigo fue con prompting. Hay una IA para todo.

      Inconvénients

      Re-explotadores. Esta opinion aplica antes y despues de la IA por lo que vi: Sobre dimensionan el capacity del equipo, Meta que se plantea meta "que no se llega a tiempo". Todo esta desorganizado y muy acoplado, Todo el tiempo features de otro equipo te afectan de alguna manera. De 17 bugs de regresion 2 realmente son tuyos.
