      - Great salaries - Renown company - Interesting technical challenges - Lot of room to grow - Startup mode

      Inconvénients

      - Definitely need more Seniors & Senior Management - Cell type org-chart results in disconnection between teams sometimes - Startup mode (yup, both in pros & cons, you choose whether it's good or bad for you)

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
