      The people: they offer to help new hired, also give some tools for making easier the onboarding at the company. The multi area development: they offer you to participate in some projects releated to other areas that enrich your professional profile.

      Inconvénients

      By the moment I feel tat there's no cons about working at rappi, I hope in future I won't feel that there're.

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
