      Company is contracted by a larger institution as a service provider. Some benefits come with being onsite with client.

      Inconvénients

      Often feel looked down on by the client. Hard to find someone to advocate for what we need as a contractor.

      Avantages

      Job is easy. I liked my planning team. Working at Capital One Campus was amazing

      Inconvénients

      Constant HR problems. Leadership was always hesitant to act against our hostile work environment. Complaints were not taken seriously. Terrible time off, no flexibility on work from home days. Coworkers would come in sick because we had no option to WFH. Constant policy changes - started out as Hybrid for 2 days a week, every year they added on more days without changing our pay.
