      Avantages

      The benefits are pretty comprehensive.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for advancement, management is fairly disconnected and do not make moves toward modern technology. A lot of micromanagement and a general lack of trust for any employee, and their opinion if they have not been there 5+ years.
