Horrible culture de microgestion de la part d’un personnel mondial ignorant du marché du voyage aux États-Unis. Les RH sont corrompues en écartant les licenciements et les démissions des employés sans explication. Reconnaître uniquement lorsque les employés sont obligés de lutter contre la discrimination raciale et les représailles. Informations erronées de la part des recruteurs sur les avantages en matière de santé et les exigences de voyage. Environnement stressant, KPI inaccessibles, produit non compétitif, la direction n'écoute pas nos préoccupations et nos suggestions car sur la base de 1 à 2 voyages aux États-Unis, ils savent tout… c'est une blague. 4 personnes ont démissionné, 2 ont été licenciées de manière douteuse.

Everything you listed totally contradicts our culture and the way we handle various issues. However, we’d like to mention that at RateHawk we foster an open and transparent culture at all levels, and encourage our team to share timely feedback, if they have any. We are absolutely against any kinds of discrimination and will never allow something like that to happen inside our teams. We provide healthcare benefits and require up to 50% working time for travels, as it’s mentioned in our job descriptions. Recruiters provide up to date information, openly answer all questions, etc. All terms and conditions are specified in the contracts, which employees read before signing. We openly share information about our strategy and plans with employees, and allow everyone to discuss them and provide feedback on these topics. We have an onboarding program that involves both trainers and team leaders, which helps employees to get all the necessary knowledge about the product. At the same time, we don’t abandon our employees. We are always ready to assist, help and answer questions, as well as to conduct follow-up trainings on topics where issues may occur. Here you study fast and have to work with people of different countries. Even when the situation is busy, team members are helpful and willing to answer questions.

Inconvénients

At first it may be overwhelming as it has a lot of tools to study.
