      Compliance requirements are many times unreasonable because they only see the regulatory angle and not the client perspective.

      Avantages

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Inconvénients

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
