      Avantages

      Not sure anymore. The way culture has been moving, seem more like an average company to work for.

      Inconvénients

      July 2019 company destroyed it's great medical insurance plan. They priced the old (great) plan out of what everyone but the wealthiest could afford. If you see any other reviews here talking about great benefits, they are now gone. New offerings that are affordable are only average compared to what's in the market.

      Leader in plastics distribution industry.

      Inconvénients

      Very inflexible, benefits lag bigger industrial peer companies. Lacks strategic vision in leadership. Very old school corporate vibe and lacks desire to modernize.
