      Avantages

      Competitive pay scale. Good benefits. Could be a great job/ company if a few bad apples were culled out.

      Inconvénients

      Zero work life balance. Leadership is terrible. You will be on the road a lot using your own vehicle. You are looked down upon for wanting to have a life outside of work. Worst company I have ever worked for. No HR department.

      Great teams, helpful, great benefits, great work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      None so far from an admin standpoint. If I had to name something it would be brief periods of heavy work loads. But that’s anywhere.

      Paid decent relative to other internships By the beach They have a high amount of resources They take safety seriously

      Inconvénients

      Prepare to take plots. That's all you do. Other than stand delineation occasionally. Was not a fun or interesting summer.
