      no pros i can think of

      Mr keyur shah does not respect his employes and plays a blam game every now and then ...he shouts on anybudy anytime .....keeps an constant eye on employee screen from his cabin....employees feel frustated .....whole management is worst no seprate washroom for gals

      We appreciate and respect your views about the organisation and for a specific individual but it might be your perception only. As of now noone has mentioned any such comments on Glassdor but even if you feel such things then we feel sorry about the same. Apart from that we are gradually working on providing better infrastructure for employees.

      Avantages

      Friendly staff, clear communication, good management, all Saturday and Sunday are off

      Inconvénients

      Nothing as such as company is growing in all directions
