Avantages

There are no pros in this company.

Inconvénients

-The company takes employees’ original certificates/documents and does not return them unless resigned, creating pressure to remain employed. -A significant number of employees have resigned due to a toxic and unhealthy work environment. -Employees are terminated without prior notice, warnings, or any formal performance review or improvement process. -Employees are required to work extreme hours on multiple days each month, including shifts starting around 10 AM and continuing until 6 AM the following day. -Sick leave requests are denied, weekend work is expected, and employees are not permitted to leave the office before late evening (commonly after 8 PM). -Technical employees are managed and evaluated by individuals who lack sufficient technical or AI knowledge. Technical decisions, project evaluations, and judgments are made without understanding core concepts, tools, or workflows. -Unrealistic deadlines are imposed with demands for immediate completion, without consideration of technical complexity or feasibility. -Employees are required to provide constant status updates despite the absence of proper progress tracking, planning, or documentation processes. -Work and technical contributions are not acknowledged, and credit for completed work is frequently attributed to others. -Communication expectations are excessive, including demands for constant reporting even when team members are physically present in the same workspace. -Employees have been dismissed abruptly despite receiving normal or positive interactions earlier the same day. -The CEO provides exaggerated and inaccurate information about employee salaries to clients. -Sometimes work is not related to domain you're assigned to.
