People Excellence is one of the key focus in GN. Which they value and develop employess. The leader is someone you could follow and learn from.

Inconvénients

Workload can be very high. You have to do EVERYTHING. It can get very taxing sometime that you need to burn your weekend and nights.

There's good, cheap, healthy food

Inconvénients

51.5 hours a week mandatory, and they want you to come in on saturday. there is no work-life balance. its just work.
