      Avantages

      Great people to work with. Flat hierarchy. Everyone is accessible from tech support to the CEO.

      Inconvénients

      Internal systems aren't great. Often a general lack of clarity on who is doing what, where to find certain things, etc. The pay level isn't great compared to other tech companies. Small company so difficult to advance.
