The accountants are not real estate experts at all. Most are not CPA's, and they just throw out pricing ad hoc. Complete fake it until you make it company. The marketing is suspect at best and really holds the job for brown-nosing abilities. HR hires people without background checks - like people claiming they are CPA's and they have never been licensed. That sort of thing. No real leadership - way too many cooks in the kitchen. They get rid of people without extending any severance or benefits at all. I would not recommend.
