      Avantages

      They tried really hard to pay us on time. Great experience in tech sales

      Inconvénients

      Not that my recommendation would make a difference since it's doubtful they'll be hiring in the near future, but just stay away unless you're desperate for cash - even then, then constantly moved our pay dates, paid us through venmo a few times, we lost benefits once. The business model just wasn't sustainable. It's too bad because they hire so many great people - I watched so many of them get fired, leave out of frustration or simply burn out. So much wasted potential with the product, market, & employees. The more you cared about stuff the more they'd see you as a threat. I hope they end up turning it around, but I fear it's too late.

      Incredibly helpful Managers and friendly workplace.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, they give you the equipment you need for work, the other employees were friendly and wanted you to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      Lying and the withholding of information from management was expected. We lost access to our most valuable sales tools and they expected us to increase our productivity. Outages with our tools and own website frequently occurred. They also had no marketing or sales strategy for their product which was killing their sales opportunities. I think the biggest thing for me was a culture that was said to be built around transparency, but upper management couldn't deliver on that value.
