      Avantages

      I had a really positive time at Reapit. The people I worked with were genuinely great, with a strong culture and a supportive environment. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and take ownership if you want to. There’s strong industry expertise across teams, making it a great place to learn. You’re given opportunities to take ownership and try new ideas. It’s also very flexible, with great work-life balance, and overall an enjoyable place to work day to day.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership team are disconnected from the wider business, and direction or priorities aren’t always clearly communicated.

      Inconvénients

      Things can move a bit slowly at times, but this allows for thoughtful decision-making and ensures high-quality work.

      Thank you for your comments. We really appreciate all feedback from our colleagues on their time at Reapit. However, we think you may have selected the wrong company as we only have operations in the UK and Australia.
