      Avantages

      This is a great place to work if you are not part of the support staff. Support staff are hired for one position and almost never are moved up or into other positions. That doesn't have to be negative. It is just something a person looking for a job there should know in advance.

      Inconvénients

      Not a fit if you want to start in a support staff position and advance into something more.
