Avantages

Work from home and hours.

Inconvénients

Full time employee but paid only for hours patients attend. Not paid for late cancellations (0 an hour). Pay cut 3 times since starting at 36 an hour down to 32 and now down to 30 with no pay for documentation time or if a patient does not attend. Lastly, you make your own hours but are never full, never consistently paid and most of all patients cancelled last minute causing you to go onto a cancellation list which can cause termination if above 20% for the week. It’s extremely difficult to work here.

Avantages

Fully remote/Work from home/remote roles

Inconvénients

They only hire contractors / there is no path to actual employment. There do no offer benefits. You are completely isolated from all your colleagues/they do not facilitate any social activities or interactions. You won't have any friends at work and no one cares about you as a person. The pay is really really bad / not market standard. They are only able to convince very subpar exercise physiologists to actually stay at the job, the good ones find out real quick it is not a place where you are valued or can grow. There are zero opportunities for growth.. they are basically just trying to keep the lights on. I had way too many concerns about patient safety during my short stint at this place. Just don't do it.
