      Mostly Recro hires for outsourcing so Recro doesn't bother you for things, neither does interfere in your job role. They respond to your queries promptly. If you need anything they are there.

      Inconvénients

      You might not know your contract duration with the client. Only 30 days notice period from there end and if we resign, it's 60 days.
