      Avantages

      The job itself is not very difficult. After a few weeks, everything (terminology, protocol, etc) starts to make sense. There are chances at advancement if people like you

      Inconvénients

      You are treated more like a number, than a human being. Help is not readily available as it should be. It seems that they want quantity instead of quality. Constantly talked to as a child (hush, turn around, get back in your seat, etc). High turnover rate .

      Avantages

      All things taken into account, this was a good company to work for. Good pay, good benefits, lots of exposure to the industry. Growth and promotional opportunities. I liked my teammates, and leadership did their best to support us.

      Inconvénients

      The job itself was very emotionally tolling. This is a very high volume recruiting firm, so metrics are high, turnover is high, and some days it felt more like a call center than a recruiting agency. Candidates in this industry were often unprofessional - it was a regular occurrence that people would yell at us, get angry with us, etc.
