Avantages

Excellent supervisor, good pay, lots of independence and freedom, treated very well all the way up to corporate

Inconvénients

Only real con was having to work outside in bad weather, but that isn't really something the company could control

Make your own hours, unlimited movie watch, company car, gas card, issued tools, job training excellent, & coworkers were amazing.

Inconvénients

Working in cold weather, rude customers over movies, traffic, and went bankrupt & closed.
