      There's some pretty nice internal tooling. Still possible for individuals to have an impact

      Inconvénients

      In past 6 months things haven't gone well. Pretty much all benefits stripped - No team lunches. No training budget Managers pushed to resign 2 rounds of redundancies leaving massive knowledge gaps
