      Close-knit, hardworking, and caring team. Variety of work to be done and topics to work on. Abundant opportunities for professional growth and to gain new experiences. Growing quickly and gaining a strong reputation in the field.

      Inconvénients

      Definitely a demanding company, but worth the effort.

      Avantages

      Nice work environment. Good team members with competitive spirit. Sales process are well defined so chances to make mistakes is very less. There is a structured system of stats and goals so to meet the targets one needs to be aware of the progress always. Learnings are very good.

      Inconvénients

      Too much pressure for sales team to generate revenue. Not really a con but can be if you one is not used to working in this type of fast paced setting.

      Avantages

      This is a good place for those who are looking for Growth, good performance is recognized quickly and makes way for better postions/responsibilities

      Inconvénients

      Company can focus on providing better cafeteria facilities. It will be good to provide cab facilities for those who are working in night shifts
