Avantages

Es ist willkommen, authentisch zu sein. Durch die offene Unternehmenskultur erhält man viel Support und kann sich mit Ideen einbringen. Dadurch erhät man Raum zur Entfaltung, was mir sehr wichtig ist. In der Zeit bei Redwood habe ich größtenteils sehr positive Erfahrungen gesammelt. Durch die Größe des Unternehmens sind noch ein paar offene Punkte bzgl. Strukturen. Dies bringt eine Art Start-Up Gefühl und man ist offen für Veränderungen und Anpassungen. Deshalb gibt es noch mehr Möglichkeiten, den Erfolg des Unternehmens mitzugestalten. Das Unternehmen bietet jedem, der wachsen möchte, viele Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwichklung. Dazu kommt noch, dass man ein etabliertes und markführendes Produkt anbietet.

Inconvénients

Kleineres Unternehmen. Daher fehlen manche Strukturen, d.h. interne Prozesse sind nicht immer klar. Führung war vorher nicht in der DACH Region, was sich dieses Jahr zum Positiven geändert hat.
