      Avantages

      Vrolijke gedreven club met hele korte communicatie lijnen. Van origine Nederlands, de oprichters nog steeds aan het roer. Maken een stormachtige ontwkkeling door met de uitbreiding van hun productportfolio.

      Inconvénients

      Onderliggende sfeer van angst en intimidatie door de DGA persoonlijk, micromanager die grote moeite heeft met kritische geluiden of denkbeelden die van de zijne afwijken.

      Not sure this is a con, more of a good challenge: the company has grown tremendously over the last few years, and it will be a good challenge to continue to grow at that pace
