      very good client centric approach. team is really good and support each other well.

      Inconvénients

      no weekly off. expect to be available 24/7 leaving no time for family. no support to form tie ups with good centers. long distance travel required.

      Avantages

      people who want to make a career in marketing can join this firm. as the company is new you will get to learn many things right from the scratch

      Inconvénients

      these people have a database called reetrack wherein you have to fill your daily activities and your team leader approves it. only then you receive your salary. if your TL fails to approve your salary is deducted with no reason of yours and den you 4get you salary.
