Avantages
Going back to the review headline -- exponential growth -- for both the company(Reebelo) and my career. I have a good combination of both corporate and startup work experience in my 14 year of being employed. I have not seen a company grow as much as Reebelo has in the last 18 months I'm with Reebelo. Career wise for me, I am part of the founding team of 5 when Reebelo was established in Australia to conquer the ANZ region. I was brought in as a Logistics Coordinate for the ANZ region, and fast forward 18 months, I'm now the eCommerce Ops Manager for APAC. This is a career growth that wouldn't have happened else where. I have worked closely with both founders in the early stage and they are extremely easy to work with once you're aligned with the goals and KPIs you're expected to hit. Not forgetting my ANZ country manager, Ops director, COO and country leads; all played a crucial part in what I've become post 18months in Reebelo.
Inconvénients
Come in with the right mindset and there will be no Cons. This is a high growth startup, not a walk in the park.
