      good pay, good boss and good work

      Inconvénients

      The president seems to have favorite branches and seems to treat the ones he doesnt like poorly. A branch will lose employees then show up and still tell them spending is way over to cut more positions.

      Avantages

      Great Place for Hardworking individuals that want to control their own paycheck. If you can effectively communicate and relate to people, this is a cake walk where you will be able to make a very good living helping people protect their homes and increase curb appeal while also lowering energy bills

      Inconvénients

      Their are not too many down sides to working here unless its not for you.
