I started my recruitment journey with Reed in 2009 after wroking for the agency as a Teacher, I was a complete novice to recruitment I had amazing training and support from day one. I was able to progress quickly up the CDF to Recruitment Manager role, which was honestly life-changing for me – it gave me the chance to get on the property ladder and have the wedding I’d always dreamed of. The career development framework is really clear, so you always know what you need to do to get to the next level, and I was fortunate to attend high achiever events which were incredible. I did leave for a period, but the time away made me stronger and gave me the chance to bring back new ideas from outside the education sector. Coming back was the best decision I could have made. I feel really lucky – I genuinely have the best team and I’m loving running a primary desk.
