      Avantages

      Travel is great. The people that work at Reed are one of it's most redeeming qualities. The events are great to work and be a part of.

      Inconvénients

      Total lack of compensation. Zero growth with barely any career structure. Little to no work/life balance. Management demands the world while giving very little in return.

      You will meet amazing people that you will love.

      Inconvénients

      You won't make much money so you will go through very hard times. You will need a thick skin sometimes brutal changes will occur very suddenly.
