      They give you the ability to work from home

      Inconvénients

      Company pays their sales employees different rates some got paid 60k and then some 70k. Management doesn’t know what’s going on. More like call center. You have to make a certain amount of calls a day, while customers keep canceling their subscription.

      Actually hired smart low level employees.

      Inconvénients

      This company made some of the worst decisions I have ever witnessed. They would come out with new sales strategies that would make the entire sales team say "huh?...that seems like a terrible idea" next thing you know the company is failing and layed off 3 departments including pretty much their entire sales team. Rather than keep the best people they kept the people with the lowest salaries. No loyalty to their employees.
