      Avantages

      A tight knit group of coworkers, the opportunity to touch and learn the basics of a lot of technology. Friendly management that does have your back.

      Inconvénients

      Not many opportunities to grow and learn. You learn technologies and learn how to fix things to just make them work, without learning the understanding. Crazy and hectic schedules, often with your time spent at client site after client site after client site, while you're still expected to work tickets for other clients remotely.

      Avantages

      Good team, results oriented leaders, lots of learning opportunities, fast-paced environment. Good employee perks for a small business. Full benefits. Excellent place to grow and stretch skill set.

      Inconvénients

      Not the place for you if you don't want to work hard. Need to be a self-starter with ability to problem solve. No middle management, so growth is in skills area not title.

      Avantages

      Good environment for learning how people operate under pressure

      Inconvénients

      CEO Bob Schaffer is very passive aggressive and rude to the people who works for him. One day he is nice, next day he is cursing at you for not doing something correctly. Very non professional behavior.
