      - Dev feedback loop can be slow at times - Tech stack needs significant love & investment in long-term sustainable infrastructural solutions - Sometimes chaotic work structure, though this is improving - Sometimes feature development moves too fast for its own good, creating tech debt - At other times feature development moves much too slow. - AI-related comprehension needs to be distributed over the entire dev team, not just relegated to experts

      Avantages

      My experience at RegScale was largely positive, marked by intellectually stimulating problems and engaging work. The dynamic startup setting fostered an exciting environment for tackling complex technical hurdles alongside a skilled team.

      Inconvénients

      The company’s culture has unfortunately shifted toward a more competitive and unforgiving atmosphere, driven in part by intense competition from companies like Paramify, Drata, and others. As a result, the environment can feel increasingly high-pressure and unstable. I would not recommend the company to someone supporting a family; it is better suited for a Type-A, risk-tolerant individual looking for a challenge.
