I am sorry that you left feeling this way. I understand not everyone enjoys working for a family run business and the enviornment may not have been in line with your career goals. The "kids" you are referring to I believe are the adult siblings ranging from ages 37-47, with both degreed and non degreed business training, as well as business experience in the industry of over 20 years each. We also pride ourselves on being an organization that is always learning and growing. The things we try to do are with the best interest of the employees in mind. Which includes allowing our employees to grow within the organization rather than bringing in outside managers. We feel this gives our employees a better chance for advancement and career growth.
