Reliant Home Funding is an excellent place to work. The culture and values are spot on with a great mix of fun and hard work. I really enjoyed coming to work everyday. The owners really care about their employees and make the work environment a positive one. The other team members are great, fun and hard working. We all worked together to help get people into the home of their dreams which made the job rewarding. I highly recommend RHF!

I only worked for this company for 3 weeks. They offer training if you are a new loan officer. You don't have to make cold calls as often since most of the calls are inward which is rare for this type of work. But there will be times when you have to make outbound calls. You will learn a lot about the industry from your team leaders. They also provide food and snacks, and cater lunch on fridays.

Fraternity-like environment, it can get really annoying sometimes. Instead of commission for closed loans they only give $250 which is totally bogus! I was fired after 3 weeks and to this day I don't know why. I was called into the office and Tim told me "your values and our values don't align" and refused to explain what the issue was. Very weird experience.
