Inconvénients
My takeaway after 4+ years is that Reltio is an untrustworthy organization to work for. Questionable business practices with regards to payroll. If they're short one month they'll come up with a way to reduce your check and pass that loss onto you. Preferential treatment/pay/growth for employees who share the racial identity with leadership (Indian or Russian). Not a place I could ever recommend based on my experiences. Only reason I've stayed is I made the mistake early on of buying stock and I don't trust them with my investment.
