      Great multinational for someone interested in emerging markets

      Inconvénients

      Heavy hiring at the top with less results. Lack of a well structured HR organization and hiring a standalone HR manager who is not knowledgeable about the business. HR at the local office in Lagos very incompetent and do not understand the business. HR is more of a figure head at the local and regional level and doesn't do well in business partnering

      Small company structure - great core values and desire to get things done by everyone. Many opportunities to learn and to develop yourself.

      Inconvénients

      Rapidly changing business directions, very challenging to get promoted internally. Potentially unstable market conditions can severely effect operations
